In a village , lived a girl from poor family . Her name is Juani . Juani is beautifu l girl and she have long black hair . Because her beauty , usually if many boys love her. But , she didn’t want to get married with anyone.
Until once morning , The rich come to her house and search her father .
The Rich : Juani, Juani , Juani !!!
And Juani come to The Rich .
Juani : Why ? Why you come to my house ?
And then The Rich ask Juani to Call Her father .
The Rich : Juani, Where is your father
Juani : My father ? ohh, yeah. Wait a minute . Please sit down .
And time is not long , her father come to The Rich with nervous face. And The rich stand up with angry face. And then The Rich force her father to pay his debt. But her father can’t pay it.
The Rich : Hey you ! You must pay your debt now !
Her father : I’m so sorry sir . I can’t pay my debt now because I don’t have money
The Rich : No , you must pay it now !!
Her father request to The Rich and The Rich give two choosing that is must chossed by her father .
Her father : Please, give me a time to pay my debt .
The Rich : Hmm. I have two chossing to you and you must choose one of them
The first you must pay your debt now and the second if you can’t pay it you Your daughter must get married with my son, Juandan.
Her father : I think I must chosse the second chossing, when will do the party ?
The Rich : Wahh, that is good chossing . hmm .. the party will do three days ago.
Her Father : Yeah, I will say with my daugther and prepare the party.
The Rich : ok, I will go home now. See you until three days ago.
Her Father : yeah, see you too.
With his sadly, He walk to Juani’s bedroom and say all that was speaking by him and The Rich.
Her Father : Juani, please forgive your this father. Because my mistake, you soo join it.
Juani : Father, what happen ? What is mean of your saying ? I don’t understand.
Her Father : last time, The Rich give me chossing . The first I must pay all of my debt and the second if I can’t pay it, three days ago you must get married with his son.
You know I don’t have money to pay it . so, I chosse the second chossing.
I’m so sorry Juani .
How luckly Juani is, she isn’t want to get married with him . Because she know if he have “kurap” in all of his skin, so he is usually called “bujang kurap” by many peoples. But she isn’t want look her father sad.
Juani : ( smile With sadly heart ) No problem father, I will do what you want.
Her Father : thank you Juani , I know You really isn’t want to get married with him.
After three days ago, Juandan and his big family come to Juani’s house and will do wedding party. Juani that was beautiful with take “kebaya” always cry,cry and cry . she so broken heart .not long thinking she run to the river that is behind of her house and she chosse to end his life with jumping in the river . And she die in that river.
After that tragedy until now, Juani that die in that river always called “antu ayek” by peoples. And if we will take a bath in that river we must say “get out you antu ayek, bujang kurap will take a bath”. According of the legend If we don’t say it, we will be eaten by “antu ayek”.
